Flag Fen, Peterborough, is one of the most important Bronze Age sites in Europe. The Visitor Centre has Bronze-Age and Iron-Age roundhouse reconstructions, a Roman herb garden and ancient farm-animal breeds. The fenland site is unusual as large quantities of organic material, including wood and leather, have survived in the waterlogged peat.

Epsom Book Fair - annual charity book sale
Held in spring, annual second-hand book sale at Epsom Methodist Church, Ashley Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5AQ.
Huge charity sale in aid of Epsom Methodist Church Development Appeal and NCH.
Thursday to Saturday, with many thousands of books, also CDs, DVDs, audio tapes, records & sheet music.
Refreshments & light lunches available throughout.
In 2010 the sale was on the 18th - 20th February.
